ALL of our Collections include the use of professional Photography and Filmmaking equipment. We work with multiple cameras (up to 3 cameras), Drone (aerial footage) and separate Audio capturing devices (wireless mics and recorders) to ensure unique and creative Quinceañera Films with crystal clear Dialog exchange, Readings and Speeches.

Terminology
In an effort to ensure clear and consistent communication between you and GJ Rodriguez Photography, we have compiled a short list of terms and their definitions in regards to the Services and Products provided by our Studio:
CONTRACT
Once you decide on a Quinceañera Collection, we will draft a contract & payment schedule and email it to you for signature(s). For your convenience we accept all major forms of Credit Cards, Checks and Cash.
SHOOTING SCHEDULE
Upon receipt of the signed contract, we will email you a questionnaire that includes basic questions such as time and location of Hair & Makeup, Ceremony, etc. This will ensure we have a complete list of all Must-Have Images and Film sequences for your Quinceañera Film. Every effort will be made to deliver your Quinceañera Collection within 8-12 weeks from the date you email me your selection of Images. Typically sooner.
COVERAGE
Coverage is the time spent by the Photographer and Cinematographer capturing your Quinceañera.
PHOTOGRAPHER
The photographer is the main person capturing Still images of the activities relating to your Quinceañera. All Collections include one Photographer with some Collections including one Photographer and one Second Shooter, which provide assistance to both the Photographer and Cinematographer.
CINEMATOGRAPHER
The Cinematographer is the person accountable for all the artistic and technical decisions that will add production value to your Quinceañera Film.
CINEMATOGRAPHER- SECOND SHOOTER
The Cinematographer- Second Shooter is the person that will operate a second camera under the direction of the Cinematographer and occasionally provide assistance to the Photographer. Having a team of 2 or more Cinematographers allows us to cover more angles and capture more footage. More footage translates to a more creative and unique Quinceañera Film.
HIGHLIGHT FILM
The Highlight Film is a short Film composed from your Quinceañera Footage. This Film will highlight the best moments of your Quinceañera and feature detailed story-based post processing, audio design, color correction, color grading and industry standard file processing. Depending on the amount of Coverage and the Quinceañera Collection you selected, it can be from 2-8 mins in length.
FEATURE FILM
The Feature Film is a chronological account of your Quinceañera Day broken down by Chapters. This Film includes everything else that didn't make into the Highlight Film such as: Preparation, Ceremony, Reception, Speeches, Dances, Slicing of the Cake and more.
PRE-QUINCE VIDEO CLIP
Some Quinceañera Collections include a 3 hour, Pre-Quince Video Clip Session. Traditionally, the Pre-Quince Portrait is used to capture images for their Save the Date, Quinceañera Planning Website, Printed Invitations, Announcements, Slideshows, Thank You Cards, Photo Booth Templates and/or to display at the Reception.
